How to pay by card

Card payments go through VoltPay, our payment partner: Visa and Mastercard, plus PayPal and other methods where they are available in your country. It takes a minute, and the credits arrive by themselves.

  1. Pick a plan or credits on OnlyKrab and tap Pay by card.
  2. VoltPay's secure payment page opens in a new tab. Choose how to pay and enter your card details there.
  3. Come back to the OnlyKrab tab — the credits are added automatically within seconds of the payment going through.

1. Start the order

Open Pricing and choose a plan or a credit pack. In the payment window tap 💳 Pay … by card. The amount on the button is exactly what VoltPay will charge — the price is fixed before the page opens.

Why is the card price higher?

Card networks and payment providers keep a much larger share of every payment than crypto does, and the card price includes it. Crypto and Telegram Stars cost less — see paying with crypto and paying with Stars.

2. Pay on VoltPay's page

The page lists the ways to pay that work in your country. Pick Visa / Mastercard to pay by card, or another method if you prefer, and follow the steps. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code by SMS (3-D Secure) — that is normal.

You enter your card details on VoltPay's page only; OnlyKrab never sees or stores them.

3. Come back to OnlyKrab

VoltPay's page does not send you back by itself. Once it says the payment is complete, close it and return to the OnlyKrab tab: it shows ✅ Payment received, and the credits are already on your balance. Closed that tab? Just open OnlyKrab again — the credits are there.

Card declined?

A decline is not final: you can try again on the same VoltPay page with another card or method — the order stays open for a day, and you are only charged once.

  • Online or international payments are switched off for the card — turn them on in your banking app and try again.
  • Not enough funds, or a daily limit reached — use another card or method.
  • The bank blocked a first payment to a new shop — confirm it in the banking app or call the bank, then try again.

Tips

  • Tapped pay twice? Within ten minutes the same amount opens the same payment, so you will not be charged twice by accident.
  • Not sure it went through? Your Account page lists every top-up under Recent credit activity.
